  • Treatment for any illness starts after 30 days from the first inception of the policy (except for accidents).
  • Listed illnesses/treatments in the policy will be covered after a waiting period of 24 months.

Cashless Claim Process

You must inform the TATA AIG officials at least 48 hours before the scheduled hospitalization for any treatment or procedure that might lead to a claim

Notify the officials within 24 hours after any emergency treatment or hospitalization requiring a claim
3
Present your ID card and any requested documents to the network hospital or TPA
