It aims to upgrade Arya and MindVoice. The planned improvements include voice bot and chatbot integrations, real-time assistance for employees, analytics, quality monitoring, and connections with CRM and telephony platforms.
  • Repayment or prepayment of borrowings: The RHP allocates ₹275.695 crore of the fresh issue proceeds towards repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings taken by the company and certain subsidiaries.

  • Dependence on promoter-backed guarantees: Certain loan facilities are supported by personal or corporate guarantees provided by the promoters, creating a financial obligation linked to these guarantees.
